Margarita is a qualified Personal Trainer and Stott Pilates Instructor that has specialised her career on working solely with women’s fitness. She has worked with all age groups and for the past three and a half years she has focused on pre and postnatal women. She works on a 121 basis with clients from two studios (one in Kemptown and one in Hove) and has also created Belly Buster Fitness™ which is a Pre and Postnatal Programme run in a class environment.
Her style of training is very unique as she encompasses all her different skills into one session. She combines core stability, cardio, strength training while including elements of Pilates. She focuses on posture and correcting bad habits so as to lessen muscular and skeletal issues. She brings anatomy into her sessions so as to ensure her clients understand their body and how it works; As well as nutritional guidance so we to achieve a balanced diet which focuses on keeping the correct GI levels.
Margarita has been training since she was 18 years old; slowly it progressed to training friends and colleagues. From college gyms to KX in Chelsea, being fit has always been at the forefront of her life. She qualified as a personal trainer in Australia with the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers and since qualifying she has never looked back.

Following her own fitness progress while pregnant and postnatally she realized there were no fitness classes or Personal Trainers that solely specialized in women’s fitness.
Margaritas goal is to help Women of ALL ages enjoy fitness while, improving their posture and lessening the impact that different stages in life have on them.
Due to seeing the benefits of Pilates through the years Margarita decided to train as a Stott Pilates Trainer and she now brings these elements into her sessions as well as runs Stott Pilates classes for beginners to intermediate.

Margarita Is a fully qualified Stott’s instructor as well as a Personal Trainer. She has many years’ experience working with many different age groups and demographics (Over 50+, ME sufferers, Antenatal /Postnatal, Injuries). She focuses her classes very much on posture and gives a nearly 121 feel to her classes as she is able to modify each exercises to each individual in the class depending on their need. The classes are no more than 6x people so they feel very tailored to the individual allowing each person to be challenged to the best of their ability.
